HICKORY, NC (March 4, 2017) – Global manufacturing leader of high-tech, innovative personal protective gear Supreme Corporation recently appointed Ian Beckstead as Director of Sales overseeing all facets of the company’s sales and marketing efforts.
Based in Hickory, NC, Supreme Corporation designs and manufactures high-performance, patent-protected yarns and personal safety apparel that is used globally. Its Tuff-N-Lite® apparel has been proven to be instrumental in preventing physical injuries on factory floors, in professional sports and police and military gear.
Beckstead brings over 20 years of sales management, sales training and marketing management experience to Supreme from several international companies including Nike and Renfro.
Reporting to Supreme Corp. President and CEO Matthew Kolmes, Beckstead will have bottom-line responsibility for the company’s national and international sales teams for the Tuff-N-Lite® division, and for yarn sales for the Supreme Yarn division.
